Five PORK Academy seminars took place throughout Wednesday, June 8, 2022, and Thursday, June 9, 2022. Pork producers and their employees learned about nutrition management, understanding consumers, data collection and much more.

10,000 Pork Lunches

10,000 mouthwatering pork lunches will be served at the Big Grill located south of the Varied Industries building.

Nearly 700 Booths

Shop the nearly 700 booths that make up the world’s largest pork-specific trade show — open 23 hours over the course of three days.

Over 50 Hospitality Tents

Visit the 50+ hospitality tents placed throughout the fairgrounds — along Grand Avenue and Ruan Plaza. Expo attendees can drop in and visit with company representatives to learn about the latest innovations and developments.

144 golfers participated in the annual World Pork Open held at The Legacy Golf Club in Norwalk, IA on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.

2,300 Campsites

2,300 campsites are available on 160 acres within the Iowa State Fairgrounds for those interested in camping on-site during WPX.
